For
the Presidential and District Legislators Election, if the difference between
the candidates with the highest and second highest number of votes is within
0.3% of the valid votes, the candidate with the second highest votes may apply
for recount to the court with jurisdiction within 7 days after the election.
For
the Indigenous Legislators Election, if the difference between the candidates
with the third and fourth highest number of votes is within 0.3% of the valid
ballots, the candidate with the fourth highest votes may apply for recount to
the court with jurisdiction within 7 days after the election.
